We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You are responsible for backing up any content you post if you need it retained.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xyndara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of access, or loss of use arising from the MVP.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that create safety, legal, or operational risk, with or without notice where appropriate.
You may stop using Xyndara at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Xyndara operating entity is established, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over the Xyndara operating entity, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Xyndara may allow links or integrations to third-party services (such as YouTube). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or actions.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you give us permission to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions as the platform evolves.
When changes are meaningful, we will aim to communicate them clearly.
Continued use of Xyndara after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
